WHAT IS PGS?
In parallel giant slalom, the turns are bigger and the speed is faster. The race hill is set up with two identical course right next to each other, one red and one blue.
The mixed team event on parallel giant slalom courses features top-seeded teams in elimination brackets. The losing teams in the semifinals battled each other for bronze. Two men and two women take turns on the four runs with the team scoring at least three points advancing.
Georgia successfully hosted as well as PGS event in 2022 in Bakuriani , also PSL Europa Cup in 2020 in Gudauri.
Despite challenging weather conditions all three events were held successfully.
This discipline will be held on Mount Didveli.
